WHAT IS THE WORSHIP LEADER NETWORK?

MISSION STATEMENT:
Instigate life-giving relationships between musicians, artists, and creatives who are building biblical worship ministries

The WLN seeks to minister to the worship leaders, their churches, and their city by meeting spiritual and developmental needs so they are equipped to best serve the Church.

[Eph 4:12-16 NASB95] 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. 14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; 15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all [aspects] into Him who is the head, [even] Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

HOW IS THIS ACCOMPLISHED?

This is done by providing a “peer group” or platform for social interaction, forum, teaching, training, and more for anyone who is facing the unique challenges of serving in Worship Ministry in the local Church.

CITY COHORTS

City Cohorts are the smaller groups that make up the WLN as a whole. It’s our vision to see many other cities start their own WLN City Cohort that can serve to build real relationships in the local context. Worship leaders connecting with other worship leaders across denomination lines. Each City Cohort is lead by a “City Cohort Leader” or multiple leaders. These individuals are in charge of planning and coordinating WLN Meetups and any other events or resource they want to offer to their City Cohort to participate in.
